May I pass on the thanks of both myself and my driver for the excellent service shown this afternoon?

To my driver who broke down on the Isle of Skye today with loss of throttle. Our driver was naturally very nervous given the "desolate" location and locating a garage was nigh on impossible!

We called NTBS and an agent was located and my driver was attended and on his way within approximately one hour given the location of this breakdown, I feel is absolutely brilliant and really got us out of the difficult situation we found ourselves in.
